Hierarchies
In most organisations there is a hierarchy – sometimes called a chain of command. This is the framework that enables organisations to work effectively and for people who work within those organisations to know who they are responsible to, and who is responsible to them.
Think about your position in your organisation.
Are you a Team Leader, Duty Captain, Lifeguard, Duty Officer, Club Captain?
